About us

A school runs on hundreds of small jobs. We made them one system.

Most schools keep fees in one register, attendance in another, the timetable on a wall chart and salaries on a calculator. Every job is done twice, and nothing agrees with anything else.

FAQ

Questions schools ask us.

Is the AI assistant safe? Does it see our data?

It reads only what the person asking is allowed to see: a teacher never gets fee records. Phone numbers, ID numbers and addresses are never sent to the AI service. It cannot change, send, forgive or delete anything on its own: it prepares a card, and only a person pressing Confirm makes it happen (a request to forgive an amount still goes to your approvers). The parents' question bot answers only from papers you mark for parents and knows nothing about any child. Every question is counted against your plan.

How much does it cost?

Do we need special hardware or an internet connection all day?

No hardware is needed. It works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Class attendance and the gate check-in tablet keep working without internet and send their records when the connection returns.

Can we bring our existing students and staff in?

Yes. Import students from an Excel sheet and add or invite your staff. You can export your lists to Excel at any time.

Can we print fee vouchers on our own printer?

Yes. Vouchers print on ordinary A4 paper with three copies per page (student, bank and school), designed to look good in black and white. Choose from several designs and add your school's logo.

Do parents need to install an app?

Parents open a link on their phone and can add it to the home screen — it behaves like an app but there is no app store. The school makes each parent's login and can print or WhatsApp the details.

Is our school's data safe and private?

Each school's data is completely separate from every other school's and this is tested automatically. People only see what their job needs, important changes are recorded, and records are never hard-deleted.

Can we change the rules — late fee, pass marks, salary deductions?

Yes. Late fee, pass marks and grade bands, attendance timings, leave limits and salary rules are all settings your school chooses. Nothing is forced on you.

Can teachers write question papers on a phone, in Urdu or Sindhi?

Yes. A teacher chooses the class and subject and adds questions on a phone. Each paper, section or question can be in English, Urdu or Sindhi, and it can include maths symbols, chemistry formulas and pictures. The paper is laid out automatically and printed on A4 from the browser. Menus and buttons stay in English.

Can the principal approve question papers before they are used?

If your school wants it. Approval is a switch the owner or principal turns on or off. When it is on, the owner, principal, vice principal or coordinator approves the paper — one approver is enough — and the printed paper shows who approved it. Papers are private to the writing teacher, the approvers and the school's leaders.

Can the teacher decide where students write their answers?

Yes. For each section or question the teacher picks lines, dotted lines, a box, empty space or nothing, and how big it is. A paper can also be marked as answered on a separate sheet.

Can we print exam date sheets?

Yes. Make the date sheet for each exam class by class; the system checks that a subject is not placed twice and papers do not overlap. Two date sheets print on one A4 page.

Who owns our school's data, and do you sell it?

Your school owns its data. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and one school can never see another school's records. You can take your lists out to Excel at any time. Read the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the Security & Data Protection page linked at the bottom of this page.

Which certificates can we print, and can we change their look?

School leaving, bonafide and character certificates, examination marksheets for any exam, and other certificates you name and word yourself (date of birth, attendance, achievement …). Each has five designs, in colour or black and white, on A4, A5, Letter or Legal, with your logo as a watermark. Every certificate is numbered and can be printed again.

Can we write applications and letters on our school letterhead?

Yes. Write the letter (also in Urdu or Sindhi), choose a letterhead design, and it prints with your logo, school name, address and a watermark. Letters are numbered, saved and can be copied. Only the writer and the school leaders can see a letter.

What if a teacher leaves our school and joins another school that uses the system?

Each school has its own separate records. A teacher keeps one login (their phone number) and can work in both schools; each school invites them and sees only its own data. When your school marks them as left, they can no longer open your school, and the other school is not affected.

What happens when a student leaves with fees still owed?

A leaving wizard closes the student's record, settles what can be settled and keeps the rest on a fee account with notes, promised dates and instalments. Leaving is never blocked by money, and nothing is lost.
